Caught in the Hammerhead Stare
Pinch the horizon
for a pan back
while spreading the cleft
to zoom in
a slipstream of minnowed horrors
on the right even as tongues of light
lave and clean up in loving caresses
angelic phantoms in the mirror
reflecting brutal facades from afar
